Privacy

Short version: we only collect what we need to email you when Poponwrist launches. Nothing more.

1. What we collect

Only two things, only if you join the waitlist:

• your first name,
• your email address.

No tracking pixels, no analytics fingerprinting, no payment data (we don’t sell yet).

2. Why we collect it

To email you when the product is ready to ship, and to send a small number of launch-related updates. That’s it.

3. Where it’s stored

Your first name and email live in our email/waitlist provider, Resend, as part of a contact audience. Resend stores this data on our behalf.

4. Future products = future terms

When we launch and you place an order, that purchase will be covered by a separate privacy notice specific to orders (shipping address, payment details, etc.). This policy only covers the waitlist.

5. Sharing and transfers

We may share or transfer your data with service providers that help us run the waitlist (currently Resend), and with third parties, for example as part of a business transaction such as a sale, merger, or transfer of assets. We may also disclose it if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your record for as long as it’s useful for the purposes above, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, either by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by reaching out via our contact page. We’ll remove your record within a reasonable delay.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to make the site work (for example, to remember that you closed a banner). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
